The most underrated creative tools are pen (pencil) and paper.

Combine them with your beautiful (one of a kind) mind and powerful (resourceful) hands and you will create an enriching experience unlike any other.

The simple (personal) action of capturing ideas, doodling, writing, list-making, drawing, coloring, scribbling…

is incredibly HEALTHY

It invigorates the mind

Renews the spirit

Cheers to picking up the nearest writing utensil and experiencing the magic for yourself.  You’ll find it to be a gift you will want to give yourself daily.

I’ve been told many of times, when you have a lot on your mind, or feel really stressed. by writing your thought down an being able to put your feeling or thoughts down on paper. Specially if you have no one to talk to, It has sorta been released off your mind in another form. I find it help full at times. Or I find groups to just chat thoughts down on paper an others give you their opp. thoughts, idea’s an by reading others thoughts or idea’s can help some in away.

Just interested in seeing different things that can be eaten when other foods become unavailable. There will come a time when we will need to know these things. It’s as if we are almost in a famine already and food prices are going higher and higher every day.

I make notes with paper all the time and leave them laying around sort if.I think I will “journal” it and that will make a permanent place for notes.

Just saw the show on ironia (sp?) berries. Since I have fibromyalgia, I am VERY interested in finding these berries to see if they would possibly assist in handling some of the 200 symptoms this lovely (insert sarcastic tone here :), please ) disease. I live in a small apartment, so growing them would be out of the question (the fibro would make it hard too), I am wondering if anyone in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin are would have access to the berries–either fresh or frozen. I am also a very curious and capable baker and cook, and these “new” berries seem to offer all sorts things that can be done/ I was born on Halloween, and that glaze on the angel food cake could be used for all sorts of Halloween products.
We do have one truly organic coop here, Outpost Foods, so I guess they would be the ones to carry it, but no one there seemed to know what I was talking about. Is there any other place in this are that might carry the berries or there products? Thanks
    Louise

I agree in the power of self expression in writing. There is no better way for one to express their honest to goodness feelings. I have been putting pen to paper in journals for years and years and it keeps my mind free, everyday, to look for new things to write about. Peace&Love!

Guest blogging is just writing blogs for other bloggers with the sole aim of getting links and attracting more traffic to your site.

You probably don’t want to immediately reach out to some of the largest food bloggers.
