• One and Done, my friends.
  • One simple ingredient.
  • One refreshingly healthy and DELICIOUS treat.

This EASY sorbet has been my go to chiller all summer.

I simply take frozen berries and run them through my slow-juicing, masticating juicer.  (The same one I used in a past episode to do up my wheatgrass juice) It has a drum attachment that allows me to extract more than just juices….like nut butters and noodles, for instance……and the fruit sorbet is one of my new ‘regulars’.

In a matter of seconds, it squeezes out this amazing berry sorbet that has an incredible texture and a 100% PURE fruit taste.  YUM.  Nothing better than that!

Can also do frozen bananas and other fruits to create a variety of flavor combinations.  KIDS LOVE IT!

(I’m thinking you could create something similar by using either a blender  or food processor to puree the frozen fruit too, as an alternative to the juicer…)

Try it.  You’ll like it.

CHEERS to the simple things!
